Only been able to run 5k this week itching to get out there this weekend

Playing the piano after at least one year and two ish years without daily practice has killed my technique. My fingers buckle and the strength is gone. God it's depressing watching 15 years of wonderful technique go down the drain. I was always terrible at musicality but my exam comments always noted my good technique. My life is over. I don't have the patience to do a few weeks worth of practice to get it back. This is the worst day of my life.

No. I was the first patient a few times and he was still 40 minutes late

Doctors waiting rooms are the worst, they are never on time plus I keep thinking everyone is more sick than me and I will get some messed up disease

Tasty cheddar and chives not bad

Pretty low fat and all and i burnt a few cals running 10k so was hungry

Like a savoury snack over sweet

Sure why not? Might move out of the house early before my settlement date and just let them have at it - if they find the inside meets their needs as well.
