Rate Bryce Gibbs

What would you rate Bryce Gibbs?

I hate this idea of a lettering system to rate players. Its stupid as its not some standard form of measurement.

Assuming this isnt a troll thread, Gibbs has been a teasing footballer over the years who has now had a career best year and is an established gun. Would be a walk up start in any teams midfield, probably the best player in some weaker teams and the icing on the cake for a top 4 midfield.

A- type player for me.
Career best season, a couple more with slight improvements and sustaining that output and he'll be in that A grade.

For referential purposes, I'd have the Watson, Selwood, Mitchell, JPK tier as A grade. GAJ the only A+.
A- is Dangerfield, Hannebery, etc.

B+

Had an A grade season which should be rewarded with AA (probably wont due to the anti carlton selection panel)

another couple of seasons like this one will elevate him to an A grader

Slow to get there but he has stepped up to a grade this year. Fantastic season.

A- type player for me.

Has been B-grade most of his career. Stepped it up to A-grade this season, but probably the lower tier of A-grade. Still only 25yo, could potentially push up again next year.

A grader after this year now needs to follow it up, his game against Geelong this year was as good as I saw.

Pendles is obviously A-Grade, I haven't listed everyone there, just a few names to give an idea of the letter grade, as everyone seems to have different standards. Have seen some where there are 6 A grade tiers with GAJ on A+++++...
