Rate my team please!

I am new to Supercoach and I need some help.

Here is my team:

Backs-Cornes,Shaw,Fletcher,Milburn,Kozi,Gilbert,Whitnall
Centres-Judd,Kerr,Black,Cornes,Lappin,Pettard
Forwards-Ablett,Pavlich,Johnson,Tredrea,Fevola,Hawkins,Gehrig.

I am pretty happy with my rucks and don't want to change it.
I still have $117200 to use.

Some advice with the changes would be great.

umm well its a good team 4 a first year better then my first year but get rid off lappin maybe 4 black or power. gehrig has his days so he is really risky how much is he on sc. and whitnall wat do i say 2 weeks ago i would have got rid off him BUT hes kinda getting in to form but if u can ill c about him but its a good team for a first year

since it is my first week, it really doesnt matter yet. It only matters from next week onwards.
