I played under Neville and have alot of mates who have played or are playing under neville currently. I think you only have to look at the state he left MAryborough in to get an indication of his methods of coaching. Further more, there are approximately twenty players applying or have applied for a clearance away from Kyneton and only four applying to go to Kyneton (at least two being offered money), it gives a strong indication that something isn't right at Tigerland and I think the buck largely stops with the coach. If you want to further this discussion, I think it's probably best to continue it in the BFL thread.

Once again I repeat your a dead set W:thumbsdown::thumbsdown:KER

Yet another brilliantly insightful post, toad.
ZIPPA, I think you'll find that Cuthbert is actually Brad Cuthbert, and is going from Romsey to Bunbury, W.A, not the other way round. Cheers.

although kilmore lost, they showed great fighting spirit and improvement with the young legs in the side they will cause many headaches opposition as they progress up the ladder throughout season 2006. watch out for justin colliss n duffman off half back. n shark bait in the 2nds!

apparantly the talked about nev at kyneton has pinched one of the leagues better players from an already struggling lancefeild, Talbot, his clearance went in last thursday

Riddell beat Woodend by 3 points.

Riddell extremely underdone but a bit too much class for the Hawks. Cuinik and Lacey were standouts for Woodend, Besanko and Bellville for the Bombers.

I heard Talbot was offered a monkey. Pretty difficult to knock that back. Disappointing for lancefield and the riddel district league in general.

shame to see BT leave the tiges - good bloke! also a shame to see bugeja heading over to canada and not pulling the boots on this year! i think we might be in for a more evenly contested rdfl this year...looking forward to seeing how it all unfolds!

We may have a new threat to Lee James for the goalkicking . . . . I heard me old mate Liam Ryan jagged 6 big ones for Kilmore against Diggers.

the Rizz Bang lol had a real good game in front of the big sticks(Y) stole a goal off justin colliss marking it on the goal line but he had a laugh about better to be safe than sorry. Be good to see rysa kick a few more bags in the season. Go The Blues

still got beaten though by the diggers machine.
if number 21 is rizz bang then from what i saw on saturday, he kept yelling at his teammates when they wouldnt pass the ball to him, and his opponent was one of diggers better players cause he just kept running off him, and ryan wouldn't chase. rather see him kick 6 earning them instead of getting the easy kick

Was at lancefield on the weekend and had a look at the game, so good sign's for the roos! The pick up of Woolcock, Johnson, House and Gilmore are promising, they look some quality players! They are set for a big year, with other teams in town the Roos may earn some respect within Sunbury if they bring some silverwear home! Johnson are handy pick ups with a good back man and a lighting quick wingman in house, both ex-rupo wanting to win flags. They may have just come at the right time and be a handy for the Roos, unlike Rupo who continue to go up grades but no Flags, no one remembers who comes second!

Gilmore and Woolcock handy alrounders, Gimore nuggety backman capable of alround positions and woolcock tall promising youngster! Lancefield look slow but hard at the pill. When roos turned it on, Lancefield were never in it, to quick and experience counted. Although House didnt get much of a run, good signs there and for the boys this year! My pick is Roos 06 big call but to quick for other teams.

bugeja from diggers rest - forgot to mention in last post! hmm yes the blue boys were beaten by the diggers machine - and a fine machine it is - prob the fave team to play in the comp - always good games and the boys a good bunch!! hmmmm sorry but i think slugga will be well clear in the gols - only one who was close last year was mick allen and hes down gippsland way now!!

Apparently Lee James is out for the next 6 weeks minimum with a broken finger. Has had plates, pins etc. Saw it on Sunday, looked nasty. And even worse for Riddells Creek!

Did anyone catch this week's midland express? the article was a joke. All about woodend. anyone would think that helmore is in love with the hawks. they look promising but to dedicate a whole page to the game is a joke. the express should ring up matt nicholls at the kilmore free press and offer him some money to come back.
