Good pick up for us, I heard last night at training that Connellan wants to come back from Lalbert! Burlak will most likely play on ball anway. He's massive, but good enough to play there. Watch for a lot of goals kicked from the centre square. Meldrum won't ruck again for Romsey, too precious.
 
you say burlak is massive and will play on ball massive, interesting, anyway that kid will more likely be a replacement for morgan as he would have to be one of the most arragant footballers i have seen.
oh i forgot to mention cocky. but he can turn it on and will be a huge bonus for the redbacks

Can certainly turn it on.. The Redbacks securing his services, coupled with the Burra's losing Heritage has turned the game in the Redbacks favour.. I think the Heritage loss is enough to cost Diggers this game.

Gee you are kidding yourself sunbkangas. Some of the stuff you spit out is a joke. Sunbury kangaroos are going no where they are a club that is kidding themselves, players believe that they are actually playing in a decent comp and your just pumping them up buddy they are a disgrace.
The few decent players that play there mainly the names of j baddeley, c watson, b johnson and m welsh. Three come from rupo and u say that they wouldnt go back.
Well the mail i have is that Jacskson baddeley has a young brother at rupo and if rupo reach the right grade he could be tempted back to play with the sibling and also the strong friendship with watson, welsh and d ellery i hear that if at least 2 of those players go to trupo the other 2 would certainly follow. They are the best of mates and in a few years they will realise that they are far to good for the peanuts paid to them by the sunbury disgrace kangaroos. Also sunbkangas where do u get all this info from its like you run the club mate?

The truth... Hmm, ok then.. Good luck attempting to poach players that were labelled 2 pages back "Not good enough to get a game with Rupo"..

You know nothing about the Sunbury Kangaroos or this league.. You are right on one thing though... I would be shattered if these players were to leave a club like the Kangaroos for a second rate paper bag paying club like Rupertswood.. It would be such a shame. Im all for a player leaving a club to improve themselves, and hopefully we can help these players get to a level that they deserve.. But the Rupertswood football club is not that... And just on the younger Baddelly.. It was good to see Rupo corrupt a mind so much that he decided to pass on a chance to better his football in the VFL.. Shows how much Rupo value pushing their talent...

Have heard that Arnel Davis is back.. But Jeff is a huge loss to cover.. Probably the biggest that Diggers would have.

wouldn't think that sims,jose and col laurie would agree with that.
losing heritage is a big loss.
but lossing dan walsh to canberra is a positive for the club

Sims and Laurie are coverable, Sims is a great leader, dont get me wrong, but could be covered with the talent that the Burra have, if Heritage was playing that is... The only one that could have as big an impact is Jose, but Marchewka is more than capable of holding his own in the ruck..

Heritage is 30+ QUALITY possessions per game.. Not many in the league that can match that, let alone just at Diggers...

Wont be rest of the season.They are not sure yet but could be as little as a few eeks.Waiting on swelling and stuff to see how bad.Burra beat top sides last year with massively depleted sides so they can do it again.

a cracking game of football yesterday at kilmore between macedon and kilmore... macedon got off to a flyer kickin 9 goals and floggin kilmore in the guts... injuries to key players for kilmore saw robbo go off with an ankle injury and skipper rowe pulled a quaddie. macedon had a big quarter time lead. then kilmore lifted slighty in the 2nd to close the gap marginally. at half time macedon looked comfortable... kilmore fought out the 3rd and were 30 points down at 3qt and then stormed home in the last q to have a physically draining draw. both sides played hard footy and was a cracker of a game... best macedon players in my opinion were #5 #17 #31 #51 #24... kilmores best were barton mendola stewart hede collis colliver n duff

Doona2, I play for Romsey's twos. I think you are thinking of Matt Nicholls. He plays for Lancefield. I haven't spoken to him since Friday so I wouldnt know how he went.

sorry to hear about the sunbury kangaroos first loss of the season considering how positive their attitude was coming into the first round.

how did their star recruit in James House go..........

news i have recieved from those around rupo inform me that the younger baddley wasn't persuaded against going to play for couburg in the vfl rather it was a personal decision due to the stresses of year 12 and the begining of the preseason. rumours has it that he will be down at coburg next year with the full support of all down at rupo.

The young man shouldn't waste his time down there at coburg, if he was any good he would be playing TAC. :cool:
Ask most blokes that have played VFL resis, it's a waste of time if you are not listed by a league club.
