Honestly **** this shit. AI needs to be heavily regulated.

Also another thing that’s happening on spotify is that a lot if AI music is being released on the pages of smaller/unknown artists. Not sure is their pages are being hacked or something going wrong with Spotify

So depressing when setting your alarm on your phone to wake you up the next morning and it tells you how long it is until it goes off.

Especially if the alarm is to wake up and train in the morning. That's where the dread kicks in of okay I need to hurry up and fall asleep so I can wake feeling rested and exercise. Usually leads to a poor sleep and then no exercise.

Training in the morning is the worst of all options (personally speaking). My neurological system still hasn't kicked into gear, and even though I am at my most alert, a good workout will always lead to a massive crash about an hour or two after completion. The worst thing in the world is sitting at work at 11am and wanting to crawl into bed for a nap.

I changed to early mornings coz I felt guilty on missing out on family time - the best quality time is that late afternoon with the kids. Plus once it's done I feel great for the day. Body adjusts and it's over and done with. In a perfect world I'd love to do it mid morning but works sux.

I don't mind morning cardio, although the numbers never look as impressive as when I'm fully awake and alert. Puts a pepp in my step for the day, though I need to remember to pack more food or I can fade.

Resistance training is one I avoid at 5am because it's just dangerous.

Ive tried training after 7pm but the 5-7pm micro tasking window with the kids and them just generally being at their worst because they're tired and hungry saps my desire to do anything at all. I usually put them to bed and sit down feeling completely beaten and defeated 🥲
