There are 44pages of 1325 members.

A lot of these have 0 posts and a huge proportion were from unregistered posters.

For instance JUB JUB JUB is a takeoff of JUB JUB.

What you should do is delete all those with 0 posts and give persons an opportunity to register.

Perhaps cull any user with 0 posts that has not been active for say 6 months.

but i don't think it shold be people who are on 0 and haven't posted for 6 months.

I think it should be people who haven't made it to 50 and haven't posted for 6 months should have their username deregistered.

No - users who have posts on the boards are highly unlikely to be de-registered.
