After seeing Cullen Bailey make a stylish, and quick 116 for Glenelg at the weekend the mind boggles how he has not made it this year as a batsman. I notice he is rarely bowling this year either. Maybe that is a result of the conflicting advice given by SAcA bowling coached. There are huge problems at the Redbacks and a cleanout of coaches is a must! Pity Chuck Berry does not go with his own views!

We went in without a spinner and Ronald, after making a great 83 breaks down with old man injuries AGAIN. Unmitigated disaster after Christmas, should have won the first 3 games after the break but failed.

Believed our own hype, once we started talking about moving home finals we were doomed to fail. Some great positives and no spoon but we have underachieved with our squad.

Nah Berry and Botha have done a great job, that was a best batting lineup and it still failed. Our performance yesterday is more to do with the mental aspect, we knew the final was gone so we gave up.

1. Set QLD almost 500 and watched while they made 'em

2. Had Vic 5 down in the second dig with plenty of time left and could not bowl them out - ended up 7 down

3. Had NSW 9 down and could not bowl them out

3 gilt edged chances to go through. Unbelievable
