Was a good night last night.

Atmosphere was excellent and far exceeded the T20 International recently. Not sure why but T20 really only seems to lend itself to the city league concept.

Strikers have recruited well. Top 5 of Ludeman, Simmons, Head, Hodge & Pollard is pretty handy.

Richo, Zampa and Tait handy bowlers.

It's a good enough line up to challenge

Pathetic isn't even close. Apparently Botha was set to retire from FC cricket at seasons end but Travis Head isn't the answer.

Poor kid. Should be concentrating 100% on his own game. There is a test spot there for him in 2-3 seasons if he can fulfill the promise he has shown so far.

Now he has to carry the weight of this perennially under-performing team on his shoulders too.
