Some gyms have a ton of egos in there training, but everyone normally keeps to themselves unless they're training together.

You shouldn't feel insecure at a gym imo, just need to find the right one to suit your needs.

Right then. Gyms can be intimidating, you can get some idiots there especially the big chain ones.

Usually the scariest looking dudes are the nicest and most helpful because they are passionate about what they are doing.
