Just got my 2007 replica Richmond guernsey for my birthday and am quite happy with this little pick-up. From all reports a much better guernsey that the one made my Hummel in the last few years, but moving on...

A question to any of the fashionistas or sports scientists (or Reebok employees ) out there....Why is the back panel of the guernsey curved like an arc at the bottom, like it has a coat-tail or something. It kind of looks like the design of a polo shirt. Is there a specific reason for this or is Nathan Brown now in charge of designing our playing strip

I think what it is is:

The sides are cut up, for easier movement from the hips and the front and tail are lower so it doesnt look ****y.

ill be picking up a new guernsy before the season starts because the one i picked up in 2005 fadded horribly. Hopefully the new Rbk one lasts abit longer.
