Society & Culture Refusing to shake hands

If anyone kneed me in the face or made some gutless cheap shot I wouldn't shake their hand. **** em. They're cowards. People that take advantage of someone else's sport game mindset in which they're not expecting a punch/kick/elbow are dogs.

That said, I'm a fair player who never loses sight that it is in fact a GAME that I'm taking part in. Have been on the receiving end of a few cheap elbows in bball where if I was a more violent person it would've been grounds to retaliate and get into a brawl. Wouldn't shake hands with any of these ****bags.

Or lack of respect....case in point:

I don't respect you enough to shake your hand, mate!

I'm not a big wrap for shaking strangers hands. You never know where they have been.

Chap might have had a poo and didnt wash his hands.

3 or 4 times a season someone will refuse to shake my hand after a basketball game. I get a bit niggly at times but generally try to smooth things over afterwards with varying degrees.

Only time I've not shaken someone's hand was the guy who broke my nose at footy after I'd taken a mark.

I always shake my opponents hand both before and after a game. Mind you I've never really been subjected to some dog treatment but I'd like to think I'm grown up enough to move on and shake hands afterwards.
