Cars & Transportation Removing Anti-Theft screws!

Hey all,

I need to change my number plates as I have just moved states but I have anti-theft screws and I am not sure how to get them off does anyone have any tricks or suggestions?

Weld a normal head onto the security head then unscrew as per normal

Drill out the centre with a metal drill. Same as removing philps heads that shred/
