The fu** do you do that's so important you have a notice period longer than 6 weeks?
More to the point, he's so unimportant he didn't get the cardboard box, here's the door, enjoy your gardening leave treatment

Yup.You are leaving again?
Done and dusted.
Didn't work out as either party hoped. If you don't mind me asking, why are you leaving?
Same situation as before?
Didn't work out as either party hoped.
Wasn't properly utilised, and the way they do things just didn't work. Their procedures were terrible and my team leader was incredibly difficult to deal with.
Please tell us the story again cruff
Done and dusted.
You're building quite a reputation, and not a good one.
This is like having a vegetarian comment on how to cook steak.Does seem like a strange career move going somewhere for less than a year.

Not sure how you're able to make such a definitive statement? You're building quite a reputation, and not a good one.
I'm confused, which one are you back at now?Not sure how you're able to make such a definitive statement?
Have left both places on great terms, and my now employer are more than happy that I am back.
Perhaps I'm confused, it sounded like he went from place X to place Y, didn't like it so went back to X, and is now back at Y. Have I misunderstood? He goes back to his old employer and can leave his short time there off his resume.
