Respect for the collingwood team

Just a quick note to say as much as i hate collingwood i really respect the way they play footy.. a lot of heart, pride and passion for their club.. only an average amount of talent but when u play for each other, great things can happen.. so hats off to the team.. not the supporters... god that hurt to say it... i wish my club would do the same...

In the vein of constructive criticism Richmond need to undertake a culture of change program, and fast. They have alienated their past players, employed a coach who has a chequered past and has made some questionable decisions ie Gaspar = Wallace is a Judas, and now the players are voting with their bodies. To add insult to injury they appear to have a dysfunctional recruiting and development program. Is there anyone at the club who has the pull to sort that joint out? I mean a past player who can forget the past and act to pull the Club together? There is obviously a festering sore there that needs sorting, I mean look at Carlton. Maybe supporters need to get right in there and sort it like at Hawthorn.
