Optimist for me BF. I dont think i'll be alone either.

I think my heart wants me to believe that we are going to be successful in the next 3-4 years so im always thinking we can be a genuine flag threat in by 2011.

FFS Beaver you're asking a bunch of tiger supporters this you realise?

We might be optimists but we lose our final 4 games and we would have a massive swing in votes, I bet. Anyway I feel a team that can be a top 8 team next year and maybe hang around for a few years but I dont see a Premiership team yet.

So I guess I'm an optimist.

I said pessimist. Mainly because I always am thinking of what can go wrong, what isn' right yet all that stuff....I want to be an optimist, I really do

I'm slowly moving towards optimism... though the boardroom kerfuffle over the last few weeks hasn't helped

Being a flag contender is my yardstick, so I may still have a way to go

I mean pessimists are not counter productive when their gripes are real areas of concern that they identify need to be addressed. Can't have a room full of people agreeing with each other. Now that is counter productive.

Well if I see a need to see a Premiership in the next few years to vote optimist I just voted the wrong one.

I think we're going to have a good team, but not a great one, we dont have the cattle to make a jump like the Hawks, Dogs or Cats for at least 3 years.

The real differences are between realists and dreamers from those who are optimists. Those who you suggest are pessimists, usually are that because they talk about reality to those that dont want to have a bar of it, beause they dont want to believe in reality, ie what they see befoer their eyes. Instead they look to hope in an effort to ease the pain of what they see before their eyes.
