* Paddy Bowdens first 1/4 was as good as I have ever seen frmo a Richmond player

Some fair observations above Bentleigh.

Howat is only two games in but he has just slotted in nicely hasnt he? Finds it and uses it well.

Foleys kicking will take some work but he doesnt have the brain fades like Tivendale and is alot harder at it.

Stafford should play on!

been a big bagger of P. Bowden but got to agree that 1st qtr was one right out of the box. No cheap kicks either. So now i have revised my opinion on him and I think I can see the formula with this dude.
He most definetely goes at 110% for a period of time, now all TW has to do is find another like him to go at 110% for the rest of it. i.e. He knackers himself out, and we need someone to give him a rest, on the bench. His spread of stats suggest it.

its funny how from week to week people on here change their mind about who should go and who should play on... first stafford must retire and now after one win he should play on.. he should retire i think regardless of how he finishes off the year...

We played a half of really good footy. There were some who contributed greatly whilst others missed their chance to sparkle against inferior opposition.

We were missing as many important players as the lions. It's nice to see us finally play well at the Dome and the kids put it together this week . Very similar first half to the one against Carlton at the G last year. Pity we didn't kick straight against the dogs last week. We would have been a good chance of making the finals with 3 very winnable games to come.

We actually looked like we owned the Dome for once. Can't work it out. Played on at every opportunity and had players running for the footy.
