The bloke is the heart and soul of the club.

He's the hardest worker on the training track, the most vocal leader and everyone loves his work ethic.

He'll definitely be a long term member of the leadership group, but not too sure about skipper.

One thing Rhyce has got - heart. Rhyce loves this club more than any other current player.
- If you want a captain who would never stop trying, Rhyce is your man.
- If you want a captain who has the right attitude about football, Rhyce is your man.
- If you want a captain who would do anything for the club, Rhyce is your man.

Coaches wish for these type of players, and not many are as loyal and passionate as Rhyce is about his club. He is a top bloke on and off the field!

Rhyce probably won't become captain of Collingwood, but I'd love to see it.

Squibs contest? Based on one (albeit very big) game. If you want to base opinions on one grand final than Chris Johnson is a screw up and scared, Michael Gardiner is a dud and Chris Judd's best is not quite good enough.
