Rhyce Shaw?

This is just an idea and i know theres not much love for rhyce out there purely because of his decision making under pressure. But i was just thinking whether any of you think it would be worth making him into nothing but a tagger to take out the number 1 mid on the opposition. Hes deffinatly got a big enough tank to keep up with the best and his pace i would think would enable him to brake away when attacking. They did use him as a tagger earlier on in the year and he actually did really well and ended up having 20+ disposals and completely took out his opponent. hes deffinatly hard enough to go in for the hard balls and get out a swift handball and hes a good tackeler. Anyway yeah i was just wondering whether any of you think its a good idea or just to flog him off for whatever they can get for him?

Good idea - if not doing well as a ball winner he could fall back on that - just a matter of if he would be consistent at it, but I think he would be.

Good idea. I remember a few years back he did a tagging job on Kerr and did a great job.

As our only other player that seemed to get that role this year was Alan Toovey I would be more than happy to see Rhyce run in that role - I think he's made for it.

the only issue for mine is that he tends to go in for some stupid tackles and give away some really unnecessary freekicks, just look at the elim final....

It's not a bad idea, but the better opponents will just take him to the goalsquare because he's easily exploited in the air.
