funnly enough i dont think much has been meantioned about palmer at all since he went down, which is good so he can get on with rehab and rip it up next year

Hi guys long term visitior first time poster!!

I asked Mark Harvey about Rhys at the MCG Members function and he said he was doing really well and was into his rehab and working hard.

Early days so not much to say I reckon - at this stage, no news is probably good news.

Hold your horses gentlemen, especialy you KP. I hate the idea of Rhys not being 100%, but it came from a very good source. This may mean that he needs to have his work load modified to nothing at all depending on where its located in the joint.

heard he went in for a second surgery to clean up some cartilage.
