Ricciuto?

How many BOG's have you guys given Ricciuto during the year? He would have to be a smokey for the Brownlow at $81 wouldn't he?

Just had a look at our POTY awards and Ricciuto recieved 3 BOGs in the minor round...if you equate our 5-4-3-2-1 to the Brownlow voting he will poll 13 votes, not enough....had a good second half of the season but I wouldn't be putting any money on him.....

BOG for you guys was McCleod - even though he went off halfway through the 3rd quarter. John(ock was good and so were Clarke and Riccutio who in the end couldn't do the magic things alone.

Bad luck guys - when you get some key position players and become less reliant on McCleod you will win a flag. Carey and the Crows should fit in well.

This year we haven't been reliant on him at all and the coaching staff have made sure of this by putting Bode, Ladhams, Doughty etc into the midfield so that we are not so reliant on Riccuito, McLeod, Johnson and Goodwin. I think next year is our year.

Roo had a fair game yesterday and probably stood out in 3 or 4 other games during the year. Look out if he strings 4 quarters together!!

True & he is! Roo had a reasonable year. He looked good before doing his ankle early in the season, then took a month to get fully right again. I can't complain about his leadership qualities, including a solid relationship with Ayres.
