Being a Richmond supporter, we have been through far worse than 2016, so finals were not out of the question. But, to win a GF 12 months later, thus giving us the right to be smug, not in your wildest dreams. That being said, smug away, especially to the likes of Lloyd and Barrett.

The media were so hysterical about us last year to the point where we dominated the 2016 finals series and we didnt even play.

In 2016 we still won 8 games, threw 2 others down the toilet ( coll and gee ) and were ripped off in another by a Bannister special ( dogs ) win those games and we miss finals by only 1 game playing a shit brand of footy plus signs were there in final 7 games of 2016 that things were going to change but people were so hysterically outraged that they couldnt see it.

I posted on this board at the end of last year these exact facts and only a 25% improvement in game style and attitude would see us win 12 games and a 50% improvement would see us win 15 games.
