1. Buy some weights for the gym and get those pimply faced school kids to put on some bulk.

2. Practice kicking drills day and night until they can hit the bullseye on the archery board at random.

3. Get them to do the Kokoda Track to toughen them up mentally.
 
4. Take them to Arizona for some high altitude training.

5. Get them onto the 'roids to build up some bulk (just kidding)

6. Take them to Serbia for some educational weight lifting and France for some cycling drills if you catch my drift

But seriously, the kicking drills and the Kokoda track are bloody good ideas!
