Hey Tigers fans,

Thought I’d share something a bit different — a detailed numerology + Chinese astrology analysis of our 2024 draft class. I’ve looked at each player’s birthdate to forecast their injury risk, personal development trajectory, and energy alignment over the next 3 seasons (2025–2027). Also explored why injuries have piled up this year.

🔢 Quick Glossary
  • Life Path Number: Your “numerological identity” — how you move through life.
  • Personal Year: What kind of energy surrounds you in a given year.
  • Chinese Zodiac: Adds flavour to personality and resilience (all 2006 = Fire Dog, except Jonty who is a Wood Dog).
  • Enemy Year: A mismatch between Life Path & current Personal Year = more stress, more risk.
🐯 Player-by-Player Forecasts

1. Josh Smillie

📅 17 May 2006 – Life Path 3 – Fire Dog

2025: Enemy Year (4 vs 3) – Discipline year, hates restriction

Risk: 🔴 High – body is resisting structure, injury-prone

Outlook: 2026 (Year 5) = bounce back, 2027 = consolidation

2. Taj Hotton

📅 17 Jun 2006 – Life Path 4 – Fire Dog

2025: Aligned Year (4 vs 4) – Strong development

Risk: 🟡 Moderate – needs precise load management

Outlook: 2026 = expansion, 2027 = steady maturity

3. Sam Lalor

📅 30 Aug 2006 – Life Path 1 – Fire Dog

2025: Year 5 – explosive but scattered

Risk: 🔴 High – hamstring/joint type risks

Outlook: 2026 = stabilising, 2027 = mental strength kicks in

4. Luke Trainor

📅 10 Apr 2006 – Life Path 5 – Fire Dog

2025: Enemy Year (4 vs 5) – frustration injuries likely

Risk: 🔴 High – overuse or training overload

Outlook: 2026 = freedom returns, 2027 = stronger base

5. Tom Sims

📅 12 May 2006 – Life Path 8 – Fire Dog

2025: Year 4 – not an enemy, but demanding

Risk: 🟡 Medium – responds to structured rehab

Outlook: 2026 = breakout, 2027 = consistency

6. Harry Armstrong

📅 14 Jun 2006 – Life Path 1 – Fire Dog

2025: Enemy Year (4 vs 1) – mentally restricted

Risk: 🔴 High – pushing through pain = danger

Outlook: 2026 = rhythm returns, 2027 = peak potential

7. Jonty Faull

📅 1 Feb 2006 – Life Path 3 – Wood Dog

2025: Year 5 – emotionally erratic

Risk: 🔴 High – focus-related injuries

Outlook: 2026 = grounding year, 2027 = skill refinement

8. Jasper Alger

📅 17 Dec 2006 – Life Path 2 – Fire Dog

2025: Year 4 – emotionally tough

Risk: 🟡 Moderate – stress-based soft tissue or fatigue

Outlook: 2026 = opens up, 2027 = emotional/physical alignment

🩺 Why the Injuries in 2025?

  • 6 of 8 are in Personal Year 4 → energy of restriction, grind, and structural discipline
  • Fire Dog players are intense and proud — tend to push through early warning signs
  • Several have numerology mismatches (e.g. Life Path 3 or 5 in Year 4) → mental friction = body stress
  • Transition to AFL level always tough, but this group’s karmic year hit all at once.

📈 Durability Outlook (2026–2027)

✅ Expect most players to rebound hard in 2026 (Year 5 brings freedom, flow, expression)

✅ By 2027, they’ll be in solid consolidation years — physical and emotional maturity

✅ Now is the time to focus on S&C, movement mechanics, and mental calm
