in the 10,000 ODI run scorers his average is only second to Sachin who averages 2 more runs per innings. He probley would of got this during the chappell-hadlee but has he faked an injury to get them in the WC?

I wouldn't underestimate Scotland, they've greatly improved and have some good lower order biffers. It won't be 10 all out anyway, more like 80-120

Don't doubt they've improved. However have they ever seen someone who slings it down at 160 Kph ?

Theyre a joke, they should be amalgamated with England, Wales and Ireland and be United Kingdom, like they are in a lot of sports, when it suits. Give the Emirates, Namibia... and some other "real" nations a crack

the trouble with the Jocks is not as many get experience in the County Game as the Paddies, Morgan/Joyce ETC. have played with Middlesex for a few season and aree fixtures in the side however Scotland only have Blain who plays sparingly for The Tykes and Dougie Brown who bats at 4 for Scotland but 8 for Warks
