ringtone?

I need some help...

I am with Optus and I want to get the Crows song as a ringtone.
On the AFL site you can get the ring tone if you are a Telstra cust or send it to a friend but Optus customers can't do this themselves.
Does anyone know of any sites for Optus customers to get the tone or does anyone know the instructions to compose it on a Nokia???

Yeah you need to get a friend with a Telstra phone to send it to you. That's what I did to get the Crows logo on my phone.
