Close call between Paddy Ryder and Selwood at the moment, then Gibbs, Hawkins, If Nathen Jones fully recovers from his injury and gets a nomination his an outside chance.

Pendles has to be up there. No Doubt. Has been the most consistent of all of the blokes nominated so far. Gets his 20 touches a game. Has kicked goals and is a complete class act. He will finish top 3 if he plays most games

Is Lockyer able to be nominated? He still looks 18! Surely the most impressive 18 year old in the history of the AFL/VFL!

Pendlebury has a massive advantage over Selwood as he has been in the system for 2 years so I think he will get over the line. Selwood will probably be rested a couple of times this year to ease him through the season while Pendlebury will play every week barring injury. Selwood will also play a lot off the bench while the young pie will play on ball most of the game.
