So we’ve had players come in for their first game of the season.. Cinc,Boyd, cotters, Walsh etc.. okay played well first game back.. then slowly get Carltoned in season and become a poor shadow of themselves. This is coaching 100%… have had confidence and game nouse taken away from them once they’re in tune with the collective.

Possibly hyperbole, but i don't think things have felt as disappointing as they do now, since 2002.

It's all based on where we thought we should be. It's seeing another crop of footballers go to waste. I was fine when Bolts first came because I knew we were building something. When you realise you are going backwards again, after having not even reached the lower rungs of the finals ladder, the despair has to be greater. It feels like we are another decade away from competing.
