It's not just the board, it's a club wide issue. That the players can't turn up to play and leadership is missing is symptomatic of a cultural malaise in the club. Voss doesn't have the players and we are collapsing under ongoing pressure. This is rebuild territory for both culture and player group.

Disagree. The players deserve criticism for this effort but it’s his coaching and poor game plan that have created this mess

This is what people don't get. You can go into a season believing in everything you've trained for and set up in pre-season. Then, as in our case, when we led at half time in 9 or 10 of our first dozen games then getting steam rolled in the second half on most occassions- and it isn't because of lack of effort, more that teams absorb all our contest football stuff in the first half and run over an exhausted team in the second.

Then, as players, you realise that the game plan is too easily picked apart and you begin to not believe and before you know it, it all falls to crap. They know deep down inside, their primitive game plan is too easily picked apart. Players play accordingly
