We are so far behind 90% of clubs. We just suck in every component, football, list management and recruiting, player development, administration, coaching. It's so grim. Watching football is the thing we all enjoy the most and look forward to. We have had no significant joy in 25 years.

Board still think we play in the 80s.

Hunger isn’t there from the players either. The real “I have to win every contest, mark, goal” type drive.

It’s an elite mindset the best teams have.

It's 100% coaching. The skills are deplorable. The decision making is deplorable. That's on coaching. Otherwise, don't have coaching at all.

And If Wright decides to keep Voss is it still coaching or does Wright have no idea?

Or I guess at training they only ever do game plan and none of the players ever practice skills.

How is decision making under pressure in the moment on the coach. If you’ve played the game you would know that it is on you the player in that moment, you aint taking the time to remember what Vossy told you to do at training on Wednesday.

How is executing a poor kick under no pressure on the coach. Are you suggesting that players roll into an afl club with limited skills that need a lot of coaching work. I’d be having a hard look at the recruiting staff if that’s the case.

Well it’s been made evidently clear by our leaders that they don’t like or want Voss in charge anymore. What they have dished up tonight is disgustingly bad and disgraceful to the club and team

The reality is this list has grown up together, and from the earliest days they have developed a culture of complete capitulation. There was an extended period where it almost didn't matter how much we led by, we would get over-run. We lack extroverts. The players seem to wear the weight of the world on their shoulders. We need a clean out and develop new personalities / culture. Collingwood has the opposite culture. They are excited. They enjoy their football. And no matter how far down they are, you know they will come back.

Zac Williams has been good in the middle because he has bloody leg speed, which means he can then get separation on opponents to then be able to pick options and execute
