I think the more time you spend in possession in front of there, the more chance you have of been found with insufficient intent.

There's nothing to do with intent in the deliberate rushed rule; there's an amount of pressure whilst conceding.
If you have the ball for like 6 seconds, you have to really ask how much pressure there is.
He was getting tackled as he went over the line. Last I checked, getting tackled is the definition of being under pressure.
Just imagine that happened near a boundary line. It would be a free against everyday of the week.
... it does happen near the boundary line, all the ****ing time. Players use the boundary line to avoid conceding holding the ball all the time.

This is an exceedingly weird take, IMO, even if it doesn't matter.
