Another problem for the young players is that the senior clique look for each other and have no trust in the young guys. They have to go searching for the pill.

Pies are putting on a clinic in modern football and are going at around 60%

For me it’s now all about developing future players.

Yes they’re making errors but it’s a great learning curve and helps get their bodies conditioned for afl games.

This is not learning. This is confidence killing
