Roar has new owners

The Bakrie Group, founded by billionaire entrepreneur and politician Aburizal Bakrie, will be confirmed as the Roar's majority shareholder on Friday at Suncorp Stadium.

It's understood the Bakrie Group will buy a 70 per cent share in the Roar and commit themselves to the club for 10 years.

Current owners Football Federation Australia will temporarily retain the other 30 per cent as they search for other potential investors.

I think I posted something about this back in August...seems like good news, especially getting FFA away from the club as they ruin everything
