Was terrific today, pity he couldn't slot that goal near the end.

ha yer, that woulda been the icing

In the game thread, i posted that he really does some things that most men his size, simply can't. And his first 10 mins of the last quarter? Well, he dominated

Yeah, great in the ruck and good pressure. Killed their rucks. Hammer was good as well, good tackling and some great marks.

its funny. The ruck was one pozzie i was really concerned about. But both 206 and Hammer really came through

His last 2 weeks have been very good which gives us great hope
I thought hille ran forward a bit to easy a few times
206 taps in the last were great

Absolutely ELITE tap ruckman. Our first three goals in the final quarter are the direct result of textbook taps.

That last quarter was pretty much said and done by three simple hitouts and 3 simple centre clearances.

Still cannot believe Gary Lyon had a crack at him "for not trying to get Leigh Brown off" (eww dirty) on footy classified last week. Said he should have tried to take him on and get a few weeks at the tribunal.

I am loving our ruck "crisis."

Fantastic tonight, didnt see last weeks game......but by all reports was a stand out there too. Keep sticking it up the doubters arse's Robbie:thumbsu:

Some of those hit outs in the last quarter was out of an xbox game. Straight down the midfielders throats. Absolutely stunning. Worth every cent, bar injuries, will be one of the rucking greats.

He is a ruckman in the Sandilands mould still young and hasnt played alot of footy was brilliant has a searching kick as well.Aj looked better playing mid,Hampson took some great contested marks,Carrazzo matched well on Stanton and Henderson worked hard. It just goes to show you can have game plans and structures but if you dont work hard you dont win.

He has been building over the past few weeks and was terrific tonight.

Controlled the ruck contests tonight against a duo that was, earlier in the season, the most formidable ruck duo in the competition.

He was out for a hell of a long time through injury and it is never easy to come back from that - especially for someone as big as he is.

Not that I had any doubt that they would be, but thank god the coaching staff were patient with him unlike many of our supporters.

He's a beauty and is so important for us. Our midfield is very good on song, and a 206cm giant palming it down to them is a huge weapon that we can use heading forward. His tapwork is first class and he is improving week by week around the ground.

Robbie still has improvement left in him and he's going to get better but he is certainly showing why we gave up a fair bit to get him and why we've been so patient with him through his recovery.

Great game by Warnock, but sh1t, don't forget S. Hampson, showed plenty tonight; strong marks, lead well, tackled, this guy could be a star in the making.

Big Sauce, it was nice while it lasted, but good luck at the Hawks, Port or Gold Coast next year.

Really stepped up tonight and showed what he is capable of. Awesome last quarter to put the result WAY beyond doubt.

Must be the benchmark in effort going forward and he will be in the starting 22 every week.

Was very good in the hitouts and around the stoppages. Still needs to work on his motor as Hille and Ryder were able to run off him numerous times and create options after an Essendon clearance. But that will come. Fingers crossed he gets a full pre season under his belt!
