as much as i love gh. ROCK BAND IS A BETTER GAME.
it would be fun for me as i have many siblings. but also, im a drummer. it would be awesome. and if you wanna play by yourself you can just do drums or guitar or singing or bass. so not all the time you play as a band. ill probably sell my gh1,2,3 to buy this game

I prefer the Guitar Hero 3 lineup but it is a bit more metal focused.
Lol might buy it cos Wanted dead or Alive is on it. I've got guitar hero which rocks but this will cost heaps. Probably better to start a band with friends.

It's being released at the same time as the other versions..... well, at least here in Australia.
BTW don't even bother with the Wii version. It most likely wont support downloadable content (songs, etc).

Just played it tonight at my friends place (Rents went to the Philippines and bought it there). All i can say is that this game ****ing ROCKS!!!!
The guitar shits on the Guitar hero one and there was no sense of lag (as it is bluetooth). The drumming is probably the most fun i've ever had on a console and there is a real sense of achievement having 3 people 5 starring songs on career mode (which is so addictive).
Great great fun.
Fave songs were Black Hole Sun - Soundgarden and Move Along - All-American Rejects (DLC) but there are a shitload of awesome songs (and authentic too).

haha seems like im the only one posting in this thread but I have imported Rock Band and boy am i happy!
Got it on PS3 from a place called Gamestop www.gamestop.com(US version of EB Games).
Ordered it on the 5th of May but had a few difficulties as the billing address had to be the same as the shipping address (i wanted it shipped to my work address therefore i sweet talked my boss into using her work credit card). After that i got a confirmation that it was shipped Friday in the USA and i received it today.
Pretty awesome turn around and cheapest to get if you want to import the game.
$169 for the bundle
$59 for shipping it to Australia.
Everything works, got my Entropay credit card to use on the PSN network and now rocking to some awesome tunes! Can't wait to get my mates over for some Rock Band.
Edit. Shit, looks like the PS3 Rock Band Bundle is currently not available for sale atm. This happened 2 weeks ago as well, but it should be okay soon.
