I understand Rockets contract expires this season. Does anyone know when an announcement will be made to his future? Have negotiations begun with his management ? Or is it going to be left until the end of the year. Given the season is almost over for us, does that bring things forward, taking into account recruitment and list management and availabilty of prospective coaches if he is not reappointed?

I am really P***ed off with the media reporting by HS and SEN and others. Eade HAS NOT said he's open to other possibilities. This is an interpreation of his interview, which said nothing of the sort. Its about time jouralists were held responsible for their statements, not only in sport but in general reporting.

The club will assess the situation at the end of the season and work out the best coach that is required to take the club forward. Whether that is Rocket or another coach it will be determined once the season is over.

The club wants to ensure they make the right decision and not just have a knee jerk reaction to losses, media speculation etc.

This to all you nuffies at the HS - Stevo I hope your reading this - Eade said that if he is not coaching at the bulldogs next year he wishes to coach still at the highest level.

IMO this is more driven by the media or Eade's management to put some competitive tension into the WB process

my gutt feel is thae Eade is not on the Radar of the AFC
