Opinions aside, anyone who has respect for music knows this stuff is fluff. Good luck to them for finding a niche. The idea is good, the marketing is good, the actual musicianship is very limited. Anyone who takes their music seriously knows this isn't about music but marketing and selling records to people who listen to fluff.

Couldn't agree more. Very good marketing but for mine probably one of the worst bands that I have ever heard.

Personally can't stand them either. Easily my most despised band at the moment. But in all fairness the dude behind the whole thing doesn't seem to be under any illusion that he's some sort of talented rock or pop god.

He's plagurised and spliced other songs and sold them on to a different market. Why write new stuff that's crap when you can grab something already proven from another genre and tweak it to a new audience? The idea is sound. The music is crap.

And one thing that has always really annoyed me is "rock chicks". Girls like Braithingwaite and McLeod who are under some illusion that they are rock and "rock out". Some one needs to send them a memo to remind them that they are strictly pop and have no business putting rock in the same sentence as themselves.

Absolutely spot on. It's difficult to even describe it as music. Music is art. This 'band' is more product than art. Manufactured and marketed like hamburgers or face cream. Apalling....
