Since returning to the US last year, I've developed a great interest in riding roller coasters thanks to my Godson's introduction of them to me at my home park, Six Flags Great America in Gurnee, IL. I've been on about 70, including the highest in the US - Millenium Force at Cedar Point, Ohio- just last week. Besides the previous parks, I've been to Six Flags Magic Mountain, Knott's Berry Farm and California Adventure in California, Universal's Islands of Adventure and Disneyworld in Florida and Six Flags Worlds of Adventure in Ohio. Millennium Force has a vertical drop of 300 feet at an angle of descent of 80 degrees. It travels up to 92 mph. My favourite coasters so far are MF, Goliath at Magic Mountain, the Hulk at Islands of Adventure and Raging Bull at Great America - my home park. (I've been on it about 50 times.) I was wondering if anyone else has a fascination with them? Oh, and I've never driven a car, never had a licence! Go figure! :D

I had a dream when i was young that i died on a rollercoaster, since then ive only ever been on one. For perthites, the one at Adventure World. Cant get the guts up to go on them for i always have this dread that i will die??

Weird thing is that i cant even remember the dream and its now more of a folklore in my memory rather than actual fact that i had the dream??

Just saw on the news that a woman died of a brain aneurysm while riding Goliath at Magic Mountain in California over the weekend. Maybe I'll find another hobby!
