What's the story here? Normally part of our best 22, struggling for a bit of form and then goes out injured with a 'shin'? Has been out for weeks now with no indication of a likely return date. Anyone know what is the truth behind this?

Is that like his injury last year which went variously as flu, wrist, sore ribs etc but was eventually revealed as OP?

Todays paper says "available" this week,but I think it does every week.
He may return to the VFL side,but he'll struggle to regain his senior spot after missing about 2 months.

It's a shame, because we really need him right now.

I said it last week, and i'll say it again, we don't have the correct mix in defence at the moment.

On the weekend our back half consisted of Scarlett, Harley, Mooney, Wojcinski and Hunt (with Dash/Smithy floating around). We definitely need a couple of midsized and tight defenders.
Obviously the return of Sando will help, but i believe we'll still be one pure defender short.
