does anyone know how the mature age rookie works ie: is there a limit per club as to how many mature age rookies one club can take? (not that I think we should take any - just wondering)

Would be so happy if we got Panos or Levi Casboult or if we are willing to take a punt Serhat Temel
They are good strong marking forwards and KPP which is what we need desperately!
