Congrats to the winner of round 11, 11th round and hour. Clearly they sacrificed a lot of trades to make their team capable of winning this round and it paid off for them. That is my goal for round 12

Scored 1538 with 4 donuts in my team (Horsley, Pendles, Dangerfield, Zaharakis)

Went up the overall rankings by over 2000 spots to 6210.

Also won 4 out of 5 of my leagues with the league I lost was to some guy that only had 2 donuts, was 17th on the ladder (I was 4th) and a bunch of players that nobody would ever pick like Jack Watts for example.

Forwards: Franklin, Dangerfield, Robinson, Whitecross, J.Riewoldt, Petrie, Martin (Adams, Hall)

Some poor trading means I go into the round with a couple players I'm not overly happy with but bought at a time when they were very cheap and because I thought they had favourable draws for this round! Players such as Conca (who I've now relegated to my bench) and Whitecross fall into this category, while I'm happy to take the gamble on Petrie and J.Riewoldt this round considering they play GCS and GWS respectively.

Come the end of the round we will know whether I took the draw into account too much when trading. I'm certainly relying on my 5 Hawks, 5 Tigers and 3 Kangas to perform well against the Lions, Giants and Suns.

I wish I could have fit Hurn (who may end up being in my team if Scotland is a late out), Riewoldt & Maric in their ideally for Whitecross/Martin, Giles and Hanley but overall I am content with my team going into this round.

I also hope 1 of us can prevent a team created this round from winning.

Like the look of your team. Jack Riewoldt might be out though, pulled up sore after Freo game?

My team:

Deledio, Goddard, Guerra, Houli, R.Murphy, Grima, Conca

Cotchin, Ablett, Hayes, Swallow, Hartlett, Griffen-C

Cox, Giles

Franklin, Whitecross, Martin, Petrie, Harvey, Higgins, Schulz

As you probably guessed, my team up until this point has been rubbish. Hoping that players like Schulz, Higgins, R.Murphy, Conca, Houli and Harvey step it up against opposition that is not great.

I'm relying on mid range players having a premium week, so I reckon it's boom or bust (as in 2300+ or 2000-), whereas I think your team has a lot more consistent players that would get you good points most weeks.

Hoping Hartlett goes head to head with Griffen, and both just try to beat each other on the attack. Both are very capable of getting a couple of goals and lots of inside 50's with long kicks, which Champion Data loves. That's why Ryan Griffen is my captain.
