Round 17 Discussion

I was doing my round 17 trades and I had two choices, get Sloane this week and Zerrett next week or Zerrett this week and Sloane next week. I chose the former and think I may have made the wrong choice. Zerrett was to replace Kerridge which was a difference of $156K but with the respective BE's and Zerrett's score at half time could be closer to $200K. I would have been able to cover the injured Ablett with Josh Smith and then get the extra money for Sloane by downgrading Weitering. Smith is a DEF/MID so he could have taken Weiterings' place.

****ing Laird. Changed my trades Friday morning from getting Sloane in to Zerrett, then changed again when Laird got injured to Docherty.

Would have been a different story if they were captained. To be honest i didnt even think of either as strong captains so i cant be too sad. Kidos to those that did.

Both were top two in Calvin's Captains. Merrett has the highest average in my team so I had him locked early. Was expecting a 120, this is just a bonus.

I'm not happy with zaharakis 67 and I just cannot get rid of him been trying for weeks now but can't due to other needs and setbacks...my two rookies out back in Ruggles 93 and costagna 89 have been a blessing in disguise due to a sense of laird and will only have marsh as my last rookie on the field with the rest premos....
