You would have thought so but looks like Davies and Bell coming in with specific roles then with Sugar in the front half? We must do better in clearances and control the midfield, hope we don't regret not starting McLean

Huge match coming up. During the week I believe I called for 5 changes:

OUT:- Casboult, Joseph, Duigan, Touhy & Lucas

Obviously with Hammer being injured, we can't take Cas out, so logic prevails there. Joseph and Duigan dropped which was common sense. Touhy and Lucas remain with Betts going out.

OK, I'm looking for a big improvement from those 2 today and we're going to need it to win imo.

Good thing we brang in Bell and Laidler. Not so sure about Davies...

Lucas should spend more time forward, if there's one thing he showed it's that he's capable of sneaking a couple of goals in. Around the ground, his disposal under pressure is woeful.

Need a big game from all our mids, Carrots needs to lift from last week, Murphy too. Gibbs needs to back it up!

With Jamo, Laidler and (hopefully) a better Henderson than last week, I think our defence can hold up and I think our midfield can match any in the comp and when really switched on, is better than any mid in the comp. Our forward line is going to be the real question mark today. Garlett needs to have a good game, Cas MUST be much better than last week, Yarran needs to lift, his selfishness last week cost us the game. He needs to realise it's about the team not him.

Let's give them everything we've got and beat them again! Go Blues!

Just saw Mick having a close word to Robinson on tv. It was really good to see Robinson taking in everything Mick was saying, you could really see it in him.
