Hard to believe the season is just about over for my team at least. Hopefully they can salvage some pride in the next few weeks.

Dogs v Tigers
Broncos v Storm
Raiders v Roosters
Sharks v Rabbitohs
Warriors v Panthers
Titans v Eels
Sea Eagles v Knights
Dragons v Cowboys

I'm going with a home town sweep although I'll probably get them all wrong.

Dogs
Storm
Raiders
Bunnies
Warriors
Titans
Manly
Cowboys

I'm going to a festival (in rainy Wales!) this weekend, first time in quite a few years. So I shan't start to watch this round until Mon/Tues.

Amazing ending to the Bulldogs/West Tigers game. Good result to :)

Just finished watching the game, full of controversy with all those refs calls and penalty counts or lack of according to Des Hasler.

In the call tonight, Gould was more than hinting that golden point should be scrapped, cos its too taxing on the players. I wasn't a fan of golden point initially but love it now cos it, most times, brings a result to a game.

Both games tonight were like semi-finals, outstanding effort by all teams concerned.

Late tips

Raiders
Rabbits
Warriors
Titans
Cowboys
Sea eagles

Really hope the cowboys beat my beloved dragons as our finals hopes are all but gone and we need to try something new in our halves! otherwise Price will keep moving forward for another week with Soward/Hornby =/

Roosters and discipline are 2 words that can't go in the same sentence!

They are still are young team with lots of talent imo, and I think they've had the worst run of bad luck with ref's decisions in the league this year. Been so close in so many games and never get the rub of the green.
No wonder Brian Smith is fuming.

Ye gads. I watched about 60 minutes of the Warriors game. Boooooring. Maloney looks like he's left to go to the Roosters already.

The Warriors were shocking. Playing at home in front of their own fans and they put in a terrible performance.
And I know what you mean about Maloney..similar thing has happened to Neilson when he signed with the Warriors. That's why i hate mid-year signings.

Back from the festival a bit earlier than I anticipated, so I started watching this weekend's matches with the tie of the round, Dogs/ Tigers. I have to say that the Tigers were pretty hard done by: Robbie Farah looked to have a valid try chalked off, and the last Canterbury try would surely have been disallowed more times than not for obstruction. A cracking match nevertheless with some great footie played by both sides. In fact that's probably as well as I've seen the Tigers play this season.

Manly just keep improving each week and priming for a g/f berth. My tip to be premiers again this year.

Oh noes! Don't say that! :(

Haven't seen their game this week yet, but I agree they've started to come into their form at the business end of the season.

I said last week it could be a bridge too far for the Sharks after their form seemed to take a dip at the crucial stage of the season, and they didn't look too fluent in the half here, but they were lucky to find the Bunnies equally scratchy. But it's greatly to the Sharks credit that they able to up their game in the second half, especially after Big Sam's fine try looked like to could be the spur to wake the Bunnies and take them to victory. But the Sharks upped their game, and made sure that didn't happen, with Jeremy Smith, Frizzell, and Gallen of course, all outstanding. Todd Carney too was much better in the second half. I'm sure the Sharks will take great heart from that win. Their final try to put the icing on the cake in the last minute was no more than they deserved for being the better side.
