5. James Kelly
4. Tom Harley
3. Darren Milburn
2. Cameron Mooney
1. Paul Chapman

Special mentions:

Henry Playfair - presented well, took some good marks and kicked a goal... should persist with him up forward in key position.
Andrew Mackie - showed a bit of class when he was on, looks like he belongs out on the ground.
David Haynes - presented well across half forward.

David Spriggs - career is at the crossroads as far as I'm concerned. He was a passenger at the SCG last night, (like he was in the Wizard Cup Grand Final) and with performces like that and players coming back, it's hard to justify him staying in the team.

Honourable mentions to Mackie, who is all first class, and Playfair, who presented well up forward and took some good clean marks.

Slightly different order for me (and this is after watching the Fox Footy replay at 3 a.m.)...

5 - Kelly
4 - Chapman
3 - Haynes
2 - Milburn
1 - Harley

Also thought that Mackie and Playfair accounted for themselves rather well, too. Welcome additions up forward, indeed.

And as for one player who didn't account for himself very well...

My thoughts exactly. Quite a bit useless.

Spriggs' new nickname should be "Samsonite", because other people are always carrying him.

Spriggs was useless last night, and has been every other time we've played this year. Why he is still in the side is beyond me.

Probably because we haven't anyone better who isn't out injured.

I'd rather see Callan be given a game. A bloke who is playing exceptional footy in the magoos is better than a bloke who is playing crap footy in the seniors.
