Round 4 Discussion

Yeah, probably a bit premature but a long weekend of football starting on Thursday.
Lot to think about, I'll start - thinking of starting Preuss ahead of Nankervis.
Goldy still easing into it, Preuss did great against Mumford last week and Nankervis did pretty meh against a weak Eagles ruckline.
North have WB rucks which are solid at best and Richmond have to contend against Martin in the ruck department and I dunno how well Nank would play in Brisbane.

I'm debating whether or not to use Nank as R3 - emergency cover. I have Grundy, Ryder (idiot), Pruess and D Cameron. Ryder and Nank could swap, leaving me one emergency in each spot. However, my F7/8 options are likely to score much less than Nank - so a risk v reward scenario here....

Sydney just seem deplorable in general from a fantasy points perspective. Newman the only saving grace in their whole team to be honest.

Have to ride it out unfortunately and cross our fingers he comes good. Sideways trading premos when not injured generally isn't a sharp move, especially in a season like this where so many rooks are spudding and require trades.

Having said that, what I'd give for a 3rd trade to be able to turn him into Zerrett.

He's still getting his 25 touches a week but it just isn't translating to good scores due to no goals (hasn't kicked one yet) and not many tackles. Does he have a new role this year? Or just out of form?

so guys, is it wise to put Preuss on my bench as an emergency and put a non-playing ruck rookie on my field. Just to see how Preuss goes first? if he does poorly, then I’ll change my trades tomorrow and swap gawn for S.Martin directly.

Yeah did the same.
I thought Goldy might be a bit rusty for a few more weeks at least, but he looks (from stats) to be back in form.
I reckon this will be roughly what Preuss will get from now on unfortunately.

I still don't think Nankervis will score massive, but definitely think it will be over 57.
Oh well, worth a go considering the circumstances.

Dahl got 111 as my VC but I'm not gonna loophole if possible.
