Was not having a shot at all, was just curious as to what a 'cool name' team that scores 2,400 looked like.

Great job by her and hopefully she has many more massive weeks in the future! :)
She doesn't trust me with her login details, haha.

Happily sits down Friday nights and I help her with rookie picks, C/VC loop and trades as she doesn't quite understand that part of it yet.

One week she had VC on someone who scored 160 odd, but she was adamant that T Mitchell would outscore them, even though we played NM and Jacobs tag loomed.

From memory team on weekend had;

B: Yeo, Hibberd, Burton and rookies (Doedee, Finlayson and Murray I think)
Mids: Fyfe, T Mitchell (Perma Captain), Dusty, Bont (so got an E score), Jaeger, one other mid I can't remember, and 2 rookies (Kelly & ?)
Rucks: Gawn & Stefan Martin
Fwds: Toby McLean, Sicily, Gunston, Jesse Hogan & one other maybe Mitch Robinson (?). She also looped J Henry with Fritsch and Guelfi under advice!

Do you think you might be shit later in the year and he could be a good pick up?
Also what are you doing with Lycett? Seriously contemplating keeping him at R3
Hold Lycett until the Port bye and then trade to Ryder. He actually did alright against Port but was hard done by the umps.

He should go alright against GWS with no recognised rucks.

Dream team ain’t my run.. I’m 254th overall in SuperCoach. Thanks for the pointers though champ.

Also your point is completely invalid..

Alex neal-bullen 10 kicks, 248 meters gained

Bailey Fritsch 8 kicks, 249 meters gained

So yeah maybe check your stats before trying to give me a run down.
Go You Pups will hate me saying this again, but I think you'll find the real reason Fritsch's SC score was so much less than his DT one was because he was extremely quiet in the first half when Melbourne was setting up its winning lead. He had just 6 points to 1/4 time and 19 to half time. He got a lot busier after half time when the game was already virtually won. CD doesn't give out ridiculous 40 point bonuses for the winning goal anymore but it still heavily weights scores according to the state of the game, with the same act scoring more when the game is in the balance compared to what it scores when the game is virtually decided. Neal-Bullen outscored Fritsch with seemingly worse stats because he was much busier in that vital earlier part of the game.

Doodee is averaging more than McGovern lol
Why'd I pick this fat country footballer?
McLovin is a great footballer but unfortunately he doesn't have Floggard feeding him 7 or 8 cheap marks across the backline like Hurley does.

Very reasonable post.
Agreed there is a heavy weighting on the closest points of the game (hence why first goal scorers score high along with guys like Mclean/Macrae on Saturday dominating the last when the scores were level.

I'd be interested to see what Neal-Bullen got SC wise for that snap for goal from 20 out on a tough angle when the game was dead in the last quarter.

There did seem to be a few instances where Fritsch literally scored 0 for a tackle (counted in the stats) and an uncontested mark and effective kick 20-30m forward late in the 3rd (although these generally only score 3-4 points anyway)

Score: 2244
Round 7 rank: 14,649
Overall rank: 33,823 (7,495 increase)

Trades prior to round: Bonner-> Sicily, Brayshaw-> Mutch

Heroes: Sicily, Beams, Grundy, McLean, Lambert

Villians: McGovern, Billings

Potential trades: McGovern doing too shit to keep, but not bad enough to justify a trade... And don't see the point in trading Billings at such a low price. Will probably get in Fargo and then upgrade Holman to a premo mid.

Finally coming good thanks to Beams and Lambert's change of fortunes.

Lycett would make a good REST for 277k if the rest of your team is sweet.

As for tuck shop arms McGovern he will end up a 85-90 average like he always does so if your low on trades he's a D6 keeper.

As for us becoming shit...

We're going to the G grand final day ain't that right Hai_Newman
