Actually didn't capitulate in the 4th, like we would've the past 3 years. It's pretty shitty, that third quarter, but even with the massive clearance differential we didn't lose by as much as Port/Freo.

Ball movement looked better off half back. Baker was big in second quarter off half back getting us the lead. Brockman did a lot when thrown in the centre last quarter, actually got us some clearances. idk what else to say... Eagles are dog shit.

Not being able to take early opportunities hurt. Fortunate to still be in the game and then had a strong patch. Just cannot sustain it for long enough at the moment and the swamping in the ruck and middle is just crushing us.

Hung in there. Scoring a bit more now. Hewett a huge positive. Ginbey a much better game. Brockman made an impact and should get an extended run at it.

Some changes needed. TK needs a long run in the WAFL. Back to the ruck merry go round, but Williams in next week. Cole and Owies can have a rest in the WAFL. Keep cycling through the list. Need to hang in there

• Tonight proved splitting the pick wasn’t the worst call. Ginbey and Hewett our best.
• Hewett has the potential to better than Reid because of what is between his ears.
• Snake doing what he could with his opportunities.
• Oz was ok down back. Tough without Gov there to help. A couple of rebounds were directly from his intercept game.
• Bo Allan had enough moments to show he can play at the level.
• Baker doesn’t stop.
• Brockman is better than a handful of our forwards when up and running

• Kelly is wasting an opportunity to develop a young midfielder
• Reid is being tagged each week, meaning we lose our one wood and he goes missing every game.
• Cole is putrid.
• Owies is trash.
• McGovern injury
• A Reid injury?

I know we are crap new game plan ect ect. But footy is a simple game win the hard ball and win your direct 1v1 battles. Scoring from turnovers and high pressure should be supplemental to a game plan not primary.

Feel like the whole preseason was focused on the criteria’s. Mini will be under the pump soon if he doesn’t sort it out by next year and ffs play the kids
