Fantasia was close but I actually thought to myself half way through the game that he was a bit quiet. Was critical in the end though.

Fantasia was rested on bench in preparedness for big last quarter.

It's interesting how differently they see it.

When Geelong were on their run I thought Raz took the game away from them.

I'm guessing Scott must have put more time into Walla and to see his plan fail was enough to get Walla the votes.

I've never found one, but we have a resident jmoo that does the maths for us They do a 5-4-3-2-1 each, which is usually easy enough to reverse engineer.

only some combinations work:
2 players got 1 vote so 4-1 for tippa won't work, which also means 3-1 won't work for Heppel.
usually there is a unique fit, but sometimes there are multiple combinations in which case i'd probably just make shit up.

yeah - excellent point. i get excited when there is a crazy difference.

i have a theory that coaches use these awards as encouragement awards sometimes if a player didn't look like having the best game, but played their role well.

unless someone asks woosha we will never know, either options can be explained easily enough
i am still stoked about how fantastic our ball use was (we saw bits and pieces last year and from memory the first half against sydney in sydney) - watched the replay twice now LOL
