Pretty sure you can move and trade bye players up and till the last game of the round strarts.

Might be wrong.

I've got Wingard and SPP and they are not locked, I've moved both to the bench and from the looks of it they can be traded/subbed.

Unlike the normal bye rounds where it is best 18 that only counts in your scores it is still best 22 this week, that is the only difference.
